In the video I compare the four current FuelCell run trainer options:
All share FuelCell foam midsoles yet given different firmnesses, geometries, and uppers serve different run training needs.
FuelCell Prism ($120)
A light stability trainer weighing approx 8.1 oz / 230g US9 with a 6mm drop
FuelCell Propel v1 ($110)
A softer broader on the ground daily trainer weighing approx. 8.9 oz / 252g with a 6mm drop
FuelCell 890v8 ($120)
A firmer, stiffer uptempo trainer weighing approx. 8.25 oz / 234g with a 6mm drop
FuelCell TC ($200)
A carbon plated softer more cushioned 10mm drop option with a widest range of uses including long racing weighing approximately 9 oz / 255g
The video also includes A/B tests between the just releasing Prism and Propel v1 and TC.
The comparisons will be updated shortly when we receive the Propel v2. (Propel v2 image courtesy New Balance
