ASICS Noosa Tri 16 Video Review: Fast, Plateless Fun!
Video by Sam Winebaum
ASICS Noosa Tri 16 ($135)
The colorful Noosa Tri 16, a moderate stack height, un plated, uptempo trainer gets a big midsole foam upgrade to FF Blast Plus from firmer, less reactive older Flyte Foam.
In the video review, I share all Noosa Tri 16 details, from the run impressions of fit and ride and comparisons to the Novablast 4, Magic Speed 4, New Balance Rebel v4, and Hoka's Mach 6 and older Mach 4.
It comes in at a very light weight of 7.5 oz / 213g (US9) with a stack height of 34.5mm heel / 29.5 mm forefoot. It includes ASICS GuideSole rocker geometry and some snappy flex to help propel it and comes in at a very reasonable $135. It will release July 1, 2024

Thanks for the detailed review, Sam! Question: I size down in the Superblast but am TTS in the Metaspeed Paris. How about here?
