In the video, 6 RoadTrailRun contributors take the Saucony Tempus a new light stability trainer out for first runs and share their initial impressions and all the shoe details.

The Tempus is a light (about 9.03 oz / 263g US men's 9), highly stacked (36.5mm heel / 28.5 mm forefoot) stability trainer with a combination of PWRRUN PB (PEBA expanded beads) and PWRRUN (TPU/EVA blend) midsole and with no firmer posts or plastic support inserts.

The PWRRUN foam is a support frame (but not an overly firm one but with vertical medial side walls) while the central core and heel PB delivers rebounding cushion front and back.
