In the video, I compare the New Balance 860v12 ($135) to the ASICS GT-2000 10 ($130). Both are stability trainers with nearly identical full stack heights with the GT at 32/24 and 8mm drop with 860 at 34/10 and 10mm.
The GT has a considerable weight advantage at approximately 10.1 oz / 288g vs 11 oz / 312g for the 860 which I really didn't notice much during my 2 test runs.
They both have less overt feeling stability elements and great uppers. Both available now including at our partners below.
