Alpha Fly 1 was the shoe that helped Elliot Kipchoge break the 2 hour marathon

So it takes a high bar to keep on improving that shoe, but we feel like we've done it with the 3

What our athletes were telling us from the front of the pack all the way through was we want a shoe with even better transition, even more stable, and even more comfortable

but don't sacrifice any bit of the other performance in terms of energy return and weight

So the first thing you notice, a more continuous bottom in the shoe. There's no more break between the airbag and the heel

That really helps us with transition. We've also fleshed out the midfoot

The plate gets wider. The last has gotten more accommodating to allow greater stability throughout foot strike

Softer touch points in the arch and toe to reduce irritation. All of those things have added to the shoe while reducing weight

Through geometry and material choices, we are 15% lighter than the Alpha Fly 2 to make

our lightest Alpha Fly yet. It's already helped Kelvin Kiptum break the world record in the marathon

We're even more excited about what it'll do to athletes all throughout the race pack
