RTR International Contributor Nils Scharff in Germany gives his first run impressions in English for the adizero Pro.
It has a 32mm heel / 22mm forefoot stack so more than the typical race flat. Weight is approx. 8.3 oz / 235g. It features a Carbitex Carbon plate and a combination of Boost (mainly at the heel) and Lightstrike for cushion. The upper is a single layer Celermesh. Available now including Running Warehouse US here. $180 / $180 EU. Full multi tester review soon!
I'm looking forward to the full review for this shoe. Looking at the photos, it seems possible that the last isn't as curved as the Boston and Adios on the medial side.
Is that the case? Or is the midfoot width similar to most Adidas offerings?
I would say that the fit is exactly the same as in the Adios 5. The midsole is less curved at the midfoot, so maybe your foot might have a better rest there.
