While lively I did not find Nova that stableI will compare more closely but I think Symmetros is clearly more stable at the heel.
Sam, EditorSam Winebaumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17969086391170473784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10529476.post-1197686959171789132020-07-29T10:42:23.886-06:002020-07-29T10:42:23.886-06:00See above: "not as stiff roll effect of endor...See above: "not as stiff roll effect of endorphins." It's agile.

Looking forward to the comparison section. Specifically to Asics NovaBlast. Speaking of which would you say NovaBlast has a medial heel bias? Just looking at the rear heel geometry suggests it provides a lateral support to those who supinate at heel.Vaadnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10529476.post-23374658457796659192020-07-29T03:57:40.007-06:002020-07-29T03:57:40.007-06:00I do not have stack height yet. It is relative to them a more flexible shoe and more flexible than say Reebok Floatride Run. A stiffer flatter harder to transition shoe for me
Sam,Editor Sam Winebaumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17969086391170473784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10529476.post-61792380829733986102020-07-28T18:56:14.977-06:002020-07-28T18:56:14.977-06:00Anonymous, Absolutely based on an 8.5 at 9.13 oz. ...Anonymous, Absolutely based on an 8.5 at 9.13 oz. they may have left out insole weight

Sam, Editor
Thanks for reading Road Trail Run! Would this be be a versatile daily trainer from recovery runs to tempo and up to marathon distance? Someone wrote that it has a bit of the Saucony Endorphin speed feel - quick transitions, any comments? Thanks :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
