I found the 880 roomier than Ride at the front of the shoe especially at the met heads, About equally snug at midfoot. if with a somewhat stiffer feeling upperdue to the GTX upper. I think that feeling would go away in the non GTX . In terms of ride it is more stable and more cushioned in the forefoot. The Ride is clearly a faster lighter shoe. You should also serious lylook at the Salomon Sonic RA Max. Roomier than the other two, lighter with very good, vibration attenuated cushion and tons of out sole rubber. Super stable as well. Thanks for another great review.
How woul...Hi Sam

Thanks for another great review.

How would you compare the 880 to Saucony Ride 10? Both in terms of fit and ride? I would like a shoe with just a touch more stability and cushioning than the Ride for my longer (winter) runs. Have tried most high cushioned alternatives, Nimbus, Kayano, Triumph, 1080v8, Clifton 4 without success. The one that felt best were the 1080 but I didn't like the boxy toe box. Liked the fit from heel to midfoot but felt a bit too wide in the front. How ever... Based on your review, the 880 could be a good match for me (if they fit well...) thx// Carl Carlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06753684380203574419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10529476.post-17419001553262056812018-02-18T11:16:26.591-07:002018-02-18T11:16:26.591-07:00Nb 880 great shoe!!!!!Nb 880 great shoe!!!!!Alessandrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05911639866080546292noreply@blogger.com
