The Paradigm 4.0 fits true to size for me and very similar to the Escalante where as like you've mentioned, many other Altra's have tended to be a 1/2 size short.

DavidDavid Henryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03258464309007708894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10529476.post-54690810261653075142018-07-05T18:52:47.547-06:002018-07-05T18:52:47.547-06:00Hi RTR team,

For slow runs and if your legs are used to zero drop at slow paces the Paradigm, after all it is an ultra type shoe. For faster runs and if the upper is supportive enough for your gait the Duo although it is firmer and less bouncy. At least that is my sense,
Sam, Editor. Of the shoes you mention the Paradigm clearly has the most and most noticeable inherent cushion, stability and support, the GRR 7 the least underfoot while being the liveliest running. GRUR strikes the best balance of light weight and max cushion.
Sam,Editor Sam Winebaumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17969086391170473784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10529476.post-56890656614179506112018-05-22T16:49:45.051-06:002018-05-22T16:49:45.051-06:00Awesome review as always Sam! Would love to see a comparison of the paradigm vs. the sketchers ultra 2 and vs. the sketchers go run 7 since those 2 shoes were so highly rated by the rtr team.
